First of all sorry for my poor english and dont bash me about it,its not my mother tongue!

I deposited lets say 100$ at a bookie,and I ve received 10$ as a bonus.I staked 110$ and won some money,lets say 220.

I asked for a withdrawl,200$,and staked the rest 20$.The bookie answered me that they ll send me 190$,because the bonus is unearned. But in my opinion the bonus is in the account so there should be no problem.

What do you guys believe about it?

When you accept a bonus there are certain rollover requirements you have to meet before withdrawing your deposit.

...scalp your balance to met the roll-over requirement.

You will eventually met the requirement to qualify for the withdrawal or have transferred the funds to other account(s) without meeting the requirement.

Simple Game.

Sorry Hele, but you did NOT provide the particular RULES, TERMS and/or CONDITIONS which YOU agreed to and by which govern the bonus you accepted.

<BLOCKQUOTE class="ip-ubbcode-quote"><font size="-1">quote:</font><HR> For me,it doesnt makes sense. <HR></BLOCKQUOTE>

Whether the rules etc. makes sense to YOU is irrelevant as complience to the roll-over requirement is what is required to qualify for the bonus you've agreed to accept.

If you were a Bookmaker, how would your bonus offers be structured to make sense to you?
